Taking a family trip means planning regular feedings, naps, early bedtimes, finding baby-friendly restaurants and dedicating constant attention.
You don’t get to pause parenthood and clock out of your mom and dad duties while traveling with young kids. Your kids still depend on you! What do travel nannies do?
Our expert child care specialists help you and your family enjoy your vacation! Your specialist will pack, prepare and come along on your family trip to help care for your young children while you go on adventures or excursions, dine, take in the views and enjoy your time.
We can help with everything on your trip. Anywhere, from one to two days before you leave, your specialist will arrive at your home and begin to pack and prepare the children, not only for the activity of traveling, but for anything they might need specific to your destination. She will then travel with you and be your right-hand woman ready to assist you as much or as little as you would like. Her involvement will be at your discretion and guidance. When you return home she will then unpack and do all of the children’s laundry. In essence, there should be nothing that you will have to do to prepare or return from your trip.
What type of qualifications do your vacation nannies have?
Our team of newborn care specialists and postpartum doulas is led by Miriam “Mim” Ortiz, NCS, CD-PIC, C-IFS. Mim trained with the acclaimed Newborn Care Training Academy to receive her NCS (Newborn Care Specialist) and is a Certified Postpartum Doula and Infant Care (CD-PIC) as well as a Certified Infant Feeding Specialist (C-IFS). Mim is also a member of the International Nanny Association (INA) and lifetime member of ProDoula!
Mim will work with all of our vacation nannies to train and prepare them for everything that goes into traveling with a family. You can rest assured that you and your family are in loving, experienced hands with Infant Bliss.
